What exactly does the retainer cover?
The team and the system: research, strategy, creator sourcing and booking, production management, frame-level edit reviews, pre-launch testing, the analytics dashboard, and performance readouts. Creator engagement fees ($2,500–$20,000 per engagement) are billed transparently on top and scale with campaign volume.
Is ad management included?
Ad management and media buying are included in the Scale package and available as an add-on to Growth. Media spend itself is always yours, billed directly by the platforms.
How much of our time does this take?
A working session at intake, an approval on strategy and roster, and a recurring readout. You can be as involved as you want in reviews — the system supports approvals at every stage — but the default is that we run it.
Can we move to self-serve later?
Yes — done-for-you runs on the same platform you'd use yourself. Your campaign history, creator relationships, and performance learnings carry over if your team takes the wheel.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Packages are monthly. We'll recommend a starting scope on the fit call based on your spend level and how much creative velocity your program needs.
